Shipping, Purchase and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy
We want to make sure you receive your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order. We are pleased to offer our customers great value and service. That's why we provide free shipping.

Shipping time
Shipping time varies by location. Here are our estimates:

Spain, peninsula: 3-7 business days
Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5-10 business days
Rest of Europe: 4-10 business days

*This does not include our order processing time, which can sometimes be 2 days.

Shipping tracking information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Check your spam or junk mail, sometimes our emails and those of shipping companies end up in this mailbox.

Are my items sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, at certain times, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, due to stock availability at that time.

Order Cancellation and Returns
If you have decided that you no longer want your order, once your order arrives to you, you can contact our team (info@getsilhouettes.shop) to start the return process, you can do this within a maximum of 14 days. Return shipping for a return is the customer's responsibility and must be sent by post to our warehouse. Please provide us with the order number, reason and name + surname.

Our customer service team will reply to you within the next 24-48 hours.

Promotional items sent that have no cost to the customer, (3x2) (1+1) (2+2) (1 free gift) are not allowed to be returned, if the item attached to the promotion is not in a valid condition to be returned.

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, returns of the following items will not be accepted: socks, panties, thongs, girdles, tights, stockings or other similar products.

Packages lost due to incorrect address.
In the event that an incorrect address or name is entered, Silhouettes is not responsible if an incorrect address is entered during checkout. Please make sure your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order. In this case, the customer is responsible for tracking the shipment with the corresponding delivery company.
